Happy Easter!
As is the tradition, I made Hot Cross Buns for my family to celebrate Easter. Last year I made them using Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's recipe and they were a disaster. So I went back to the original recipe I used, by Paul Hollywood. Another success! Thanks Paul! X Bo
